  • It attempting to disperse central functions..
  • by promoting its subcenters on the outskirts.
  • Shijuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro is subcenter city.
  • There are a lot of shops in subcenter city.
  • traffic is convenient.
  • It is easy to come from residential areas.
